The project began with an empty shell unit, which we transformed into a fully functional workplace. We delivered a comprehensive design-and-build solution, including space planning, bespoke interior finishes, mechanical and electrical works and building control management.

From day one, our priority was to design a layout that balanced practical functionality with a clean, modern aesthetic. The open-plan office is light, spacious, and professional. It features a dedicated sales office, a manager’s office with integrated meeting facilities, and an enclosed server room. 

We also delivered an agile breakout area, fitted with charcoal kitchen units, concrete-effect worktops, and high-quality appliances, ideal for staff downtime. We installed an accessible WC and self-contained WC as well as a dedicated trade counter with full height glass partitions and a branded manifestation.
