Historically the additional support and amenity spaces would have been installed at Ground Floor level. However, an ambitious plan was explored to make use of the extensive building height and create a multi-leveled structure.

Hitech GP

Hitech GP is one of the biggest and best known names competing in motor racing outside Formula 1. The team competes in the FIA F2 and F3 championships, as well as the Asian F3 championship and operating the new W Series. We were tasked with transforming a commercial unit on Silverstone Park, into an advanced purpose-built facility.

Due to expansion Surescreen was looking for additional premises to vastly increase their capability with a bespoke dedicated production facility for their venture Nutrivitality. As the unit was literally a base build ‘shell’ DSP provided a turnkey solution and transformed the unit into a full production facility.

In order to extend manufacturing capability due to expansion, Chromalloy UK Ltd acquired new premises. The aim of the project was to fit out the large factory space to facilitate the move of the manufacturing operations.

Bell Micro

We were appointed to design and build an enclosure that would support the on-site assembly of server components. Situated within the logistics centre, the client required a free-standing, self-supporting large span structure ensuring adequate protection and security.

Peter Wegmann Ceramics

This major brick producer required a solution to a long-standing production line issue – provide an enclosure for the production line staff that would provide a good barrier against both noise and dust but still allow optimum visibility. There were also size limitations causing further issues as well as concerns about profit loss due to shut down.
