DSP (Interiors) Ltd were delighted to work with DTO Motorsports Ltd to deliver the design and fit out of their headquarters on Silverstone Park in Northampton.
DTO Motorsport Ltd provide the motorsport drive experiences, driver training programmes, and race coaching from their new base.
Working closely with the DTO team, DSP transformed the empty commercial unit, tailoring the space to accommodate the various working zones required to maintain the fleet. We also upgraded the existing base amenities adding an additional tea point. The fit out reflected the contemporary company branding and the passion the team had for creating the perfect race day experience.
The project also included the installation of a multi-functional mezzanine floor which provided enclosed areas at ground floor for workshop and storage with flexible space at first floor which can be used for car display or additional storage. The remaining open plan space was converted into a high-end workshop for the maintenance team.
DSP undertook a broad range of works including the installation of the mezzanine floor and fire rating, partitions, shutters, tea point fit-out, flooring and decoration, plumbing, and mechanical and electrical works.
The completed fit out provided a slick workshop and amenities befitting of the client’s
operations.
