How we helped
International Mining Company
DSP (Interiors) Ltd recently completed the design and fit out of welfare facilities for an international mining company. The existing amenity block was tired and in need of a substantial upgrade. The driving force behind the project was to refresh the facilities to create an environment that would enhance employee wellbeing and productivity.
Welfare facilities are often overlooked or not seen as a priority but investment by our long-standing client demonstrates commitment to staff wellbeing and can boost employee satisfaction. Given the importance of retaining staff and the modern dilemma of attracting workers back to the office, initiatives like this are crucial.
The fit out has made a significant impact on the facilities, giving a much-needed refresh and expanding capacity. The amenities are now in line with the high standards of the rest of the workplace.
Works encompassed the complete refurbishment of the male, female and drivers amenities including toilets, showers and changing facilities. The extensive refurbishment entailed strip out, new ceilings, partitions, cubicles, showers, flooring, plumbing and electrical works, lockers and benches.
Key features of the project included:
