Motorsport Vision Group
The DSP (Interiors) Ltd team were thrilled to be commissioned by MSV Group to carry out the design and fit out of their new offices, situated in a prominent location on the world famous Donington Park race circuit.
Motorsport Vision (MSV) Group are Europe’s largest motor racing circuit operator with six venues in the UK and one in Spain. Following an agreement for MSV to take over the Donington Park circuit business – famous for hosting Formula One and Motorcycle Grand Prix – DSP were asked to assist in the fit out of their new operations offices.
The project involved the extensive fit out of the first-floor office which begin with upgrading the insulation of the exterior walls and roof. The scheme also included the creation of a range of enclosed offices, meeting spaces, open plan office, toilets, tea point and breakout area.
DSP carried out all the works including the installation of ceilings, partitions, dry-lining, tea points, toilet fit-outs, flooring and decoration, along with new stainless-steel handrails, plumbing, mechanical, electrical works and furniture.
Key features of the project included:
- The design and fit-out of contemporary offices including a range of meeting spaces, tea points, toilets and breakout area.
- The design, specification and installation of lighting, electrical, fire detection, air conditioning, ventilation and plumbing systems.
