The aim of this project was the transform an existing industrial unit on Jubilee Business Park, Derby, into a high-end showroom and office space. RW Cars are a renowned used car dealership with over 20 years of experience in the motor trade. They wanted us to create a modern, functional space that would elevate the customer experience whilst improving operational efficiency for their sales team. 

The comprehensive showroom fit-out included the formation of six sales offices, a dedicated customer lounge, and open-plan areas to showcase RW Cars’ range of premium used vehicles.

As principal designer and principal contractor, we managed the entire process from concept to completion, including design development, building control compliance, and coordination of all trades. 

• A customer lounge area fitted with services and appliances
• Formation of six sales offices with acoustic partitions and single glazed glass frontages and doors
• Interior design aligned with brand image, including brand colours and manifestations
• Bespoke display slat wall
• A curved feature wall to partially screen off the customer lounge area
• Decoration works for offices and warehouse
