The project involved the extensive fit out of the first-floor office, which began with upgrading the insulation of the exterior walls and roof. The was followed by the creation of a range of enclosed offices, meeting spaces, open plan office, toilets, tea points and breakout area.
DSP (Interiors) Ltd handled all the works including the installation of ceilings, partitions, dry-lining, tea points, toilet fit-outs, flooring, and decoration, along with new stainless-steel handrails and furniture.
They also carried out the design, specification and installation of lighting, mechanical and electrical works, fire detection, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing systems.
Commenting on the project, Andy Priestley, director of DSP (Interiors) Ltd, said:
“It has been an absolute pleasure to work with the team at MSV Group to reimagine their office space at Donington Park. Our aim was to create sleek and functional office space, with dedicated breakout areas and meeting rooms that mirror the company’s brand values.
“From initial design concepts to the final touches, every detail was meticulously planned and implemented by our team of experts, and we are delighted with the outcome.”
