Nutrivitality; Work begins!

A quarter of a million bottles a day!!

Work is well underway in the first stages of the fit out of Unit 17 Eagle Park to create state of the art production facilities for Nutrivitality, part of parent Group SureScreen Diagnostics Ltd.

The new facilities will allow Nutrivitality to produce a whopping quarter of a million bottles of their world liquid nutritional supplements a day! The driver for the project has been the massive increase in demand for their products, as they explain:

"Orders for our product range keep increasing as the wider market is becoming more aware of the benefits of liquid supplements, in recent months demand has increased significantly. So, our production needs to scale swiftly, but rest assured we will still conform conform to our strict production values and quality systems."

An impressive start

As one of our fellow Marketing Derby Bondholders, SureScreen commissioned us to produce the turnkey design & fit out to convert the empty shell into a fully functional production facility. It has been a pleasure working alongside the team to develop the designs for the facility. likewise, SureScreen Director Alastair Campbell has been impressed by our work so far:

"From our initial meetings right through to final proposals DSP impressed. Their enthusiasm for the project was infectious and very early on we knew we’d found the right partner for our build."

Re-working your workspace

The large structural steel mezzanine floor is really starting to take shape. Installation of the mezzanine floor will significantly increase the available floor space allowing the housing of additional offices, storage and packing areas.

Once the main steelwork is up the fitters can start work on decking out the mezzanine, allowing the M&E trades to crack on with first fix installation and commencement of the mezzanine floor fire rating.
